By means of this communication, I come to inform on behalf of
Colmena Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A., as an essential fact,
next:
On March 31, 2022, the Company has completed its process of transfer of
its offices located on the 10th floor of the Helvecia Building, located on Avenida
Vitacura N* 2771, commune of Las Condes, Metropolitan Region, to the offices
located on the 9th floor of the Helvecia Building, located on Avenida Vitacura N*
2771, commune of Las Condes, Metropolitan Region, corresponding to your domicile
commercial.
This change complements our purpose of strengthening, unifying and
consolidate our operations in a single physical location, in order to benefit
our stakeholders.
In accordance with the above, the new business address of the Company for all
legal effects corresponds to Av. Vitacura 2771, 9th floor, office 901, commune of Las
Condes, Metropolitan Region.
