Ordinary Shareholders on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. on the premises of the
School in Calle Saint Margaret 150 Lomas de Montemar, Concón, to submit for consideration of

Examination of the situation of the Company and Report of the External Auditors.
B. Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements as of December 31,

D. Account of the Relevant Activities Carried out in the Year.
