By virtue of the provisions of Article 92 and second paragraph of Article 102 of the Securities Market Law, in accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of the Law on Corporations and the provisions of General Rule No. 230 of the Commission under your charge, being duly empowered, I hereby communicate to you the following essential information regarding the Company:
1.- At the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 29, 2022, Mr. Bernardo Matte Larraín submitted his resignation from the position of Director of Colbún S.A., which became effective as of that same date.
2.- At the same meeting, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Francisco Matte Izquierdo as his replacement, until the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, at which time the Board of Directors of the Company must be completely renewed.
