in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market under N* 1199.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of Law N?
18.045, of the Securities Market, and in the General Standard N* 30 of the Commission for the
Financial Market (“CMF”), being duly empowered to this effect, I inform you of the
following as an Essential Fact of Coexca S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”), the following:
That by public deed dated April 12, 2022 granted at the Notary of Talca of
Mr. Teodoro Patricio Durán Palma, the Minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of
“COEXCA S.A.”, dated April 6, 2022, in which it was agreed to increase the capital of the
Company, of $28,313,991,150, divided into 10,828 registered shares, of the same series and without
nominal value, which is currently, in the amount of $31,741,162,109, divided therein
10,828 registered shares, of the same series and without par value. The increase, of
$3,427,170,959, was paid by capitalizing the total accumulated earnings account.
To this end, the fifth and second transitory articles of the statute were replaced.
Additionally, I note that the capital of the following subsidiaries and associates of Coexca xx>

Vw. a) Balanceados Coexca SpA: By public deed dated April 12, 2022 granted in the
Notary of Talca of Don Teodoro Patricio Durán Palma increased the capital of the company
xs subsidiary Balanceados Coexca SpA, of $3,435,007,601, divided into 1,313 registered shares,
Aga of the same series and without face value, which is currently, in the amount of $ 5,039,462,873,
divided into 1,723 registered shares, of the same series and without par value.
b) Agrícola Coexca S.A.: By public deed dated April 12, 2022, the capital was increased
of the subsidiary company Agrícola Coexca S.A. of $21,922,152,925, divided into 8,694 shares
nominative, of the same series and without nominal value, which is currently, to the amount of
$23,923,747,495, divided into 9,479 registered shares, of the same series and worthless
nominal.
