In accordance with Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 and General Regulation No. 30 of the Financial Market Commission, I am pleased to inform you, as a significant event, that Mr. Álvaro García González, Vice President of Technology and Process Automation, will be leaving the Corporation today.
It is also informed that Mr. José Ramón Abatte Pérez will assume the position of Vice President of Technology and Process Automation on an interim basis as of May 20, 2023. Mr. José Ramón Abatte currently serves as Technology and Business Process Automation Project Manager.
