As an essential fact, the following designations have been made:
– General Manager of Division Minister Hales titular to Mr. Gonzalo Lara Skiba.
– General Manager of Division Gabriela Mistral titular to Mrs. Claudia Cabrera Correa.
Both designations will take effect from June 1, 2023.
It is recorded that Mr. Daniel Cavada Vera will assume as Interim General Manager of Division Minister Hales
from April 30, 2023 until May 31, 2023. Don Daniel Cavada currently serves
as Mine Manager of the Ministro Hales Division.
