Ref.: Modifies the date of the call to deal with matters of the Codelco-Chile Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations, I comply with informing you that the Board of Directors has resolved to modify the date and time of convening a meeting of Codelco to deal with matters of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, for Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 12:00 hrs, in the Conference Room of the GAM Cultural Center, located at Av. Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins N°227, commune and city of Santiago. It is noted that this meeting had originally been called for Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
The new date and time of the call is set to ensure meeting the quorum required for the holding of the meeting, because the Minister of Finance has formally communicated that, due to unpostponable commitments of his position, he will not be able to attend the day of the original call to represent the President of the Republic according to the provisions of article 11 ° B of Decree Law 1,350.
