Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 and General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, CMF, I comply in informing you, as an essential fact, of the sensitive death of Mr. Isidoro Palma Penco, director of the Corporation from 2015 to date, leaving his position vacant. The position of director will be replaced, for the remaining time of his term, in accordance with the rules established in the current legislation.
From the Corporation we highlight his enormous knowledge in corporate matters and business management, and his contribution as chairman of the Investment Committee and, later, of the Audit, Compensation and Ethics Committee (CACE).
