In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 and General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, I hereby inform you, as an essential fact, that Mr. Marcos Bastías Villablanca, Vice President of Projects of Codelco, has resigned from the Corporation and will serve until November 30, 2022. Between December 1 and 11, Mr. Francisco Carrasco Jerez will assume as interim. Meanwhile, as of December 12, 2022, Mr. Julio Cuevas Ross has been appointed as the new Vice President of Projects.
