From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, and General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, I comply in informing you, as an essential fact, that Mrs. Lorena Ferreiro Vidal, Legal Counsel of Codelco, will cease to provide services in the Corporation as of today. Therefore, Mrs. Susana Rioseco Zorn, current Senior Lawyer of that Ministry, will assume as Interim Legal Counsel from this same date.
