From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 and General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, I comply with informing you, as an essential fact, that Mr. Octavio Araneda Osés, Executive President of Codelco, will cease to provide services in the Corporation as of August 29, 2022 for personal reasons. Being appointed by the Board of Directors as the new Executive President, Mr. André Sougarret Larroquete, current Vice President of Operations North, who will assume his position as of that same date.
It is noted that Mr. André Sougarret is currently on medical leave, so in the meantime, Mr. Alejandro Rivera Stambuk, Vice President of Administration and Finance of the Corporation, will act as Deputy Executive President.
