From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18,045 and General Rule No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, I comply in informing you, as an essential fact
reserved that, at the Board meeting held on June 30, 2022, the Board of Directors of Codelco
authorized the signing, at the time, of the contract to build a desalination plant for its operations
of Chuquicamata, Radomiro Tomic and Minister Hales, which represents a key milestone in the
