Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations,
I comply with informing you that the Codelco Board of Directors has decided to convene for the day
Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 12:00 noon in the offices of the Vice Presidency of Projects
of Codelco, located at Av. Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins (Alameda) N° 1449, Building
Santiago Downtown, Tower 2, 8th floor, commune and city of Santiago, to meeting to discuss
matters pertaining to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
This body shall rule on the following issues:
1) Examination of Codelco’s situation, Reports of External Auditors, Report, Balance Sheet and
other financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021;
2) Proceed with the appointment of External Auditors and Risk Classifiers of Codelco
by 2022.
3) Determination of a newspaper of the registered office to carry out the legal publications.
4) Information on transactions with related parties.
5) Report expenses incurred by the Board of Directors and Directors’ Committee during 2021.
6) Information regarding the Business and Development Plan including the Sources of
Financing and Capitalization required.
7) Any other matter or issue of social interest that is specific to the Shareholders’ Meeting and
adopt the corresponding agreements.
It is noted that, given the existing contingency as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak that is
affecting nationally and internationally, is available for the celebration of the Board
of Shareholders the technological tools for their development remotely.
The company’s financial statements as of December 31, 2021 as well as the Annual Report
2021 have been published on Codelco’s website,
