In accordance with Article 9? and 10% second paragraph of Law N?
18.045 of the Securities Market, in the General Standard N? 30 and Circular N? 660 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, I communicate to you, as an essential fact, the following
information relating to Coagra S.A. (the “Company”):
At the ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on November 24,
2022, it was agreed to pay a provisional dividend in the amount of $ 6,600,000,000,
at a rate of $471.4285714286 for each share subscribed and paid, charged to profits for the year
2022, in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 799 of Law No. 18,046
on Corporations.
It was agreed to pay the aforementioned provisional dividend in money, as of December 16
of 2022, at the offices of the Society, located at Panamericana Sur Km. 62.9, San Francisco
of Mostazal, in continuous schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Those shareholders who so request in writing, will be paid the dividend in question
by deposit in the current account indicated by them, or they will be sent a nominative check
by registered mail to your registered address with the Company.

The shareholders who appear will be entitled to receive the dividend indicated above.

Shareholders who are entitled to receive the Dividends are reminded that they have
instructed Coagra to make the payment of the ISFUT for all or part of the

the expenses incurred by Coagra to make the total payment of ISFUT, as well as the
next dividends to be distributed, will be destined by Coagra to pay the ISFUT. In such a way,
