From our consideration:
According to the provisions of article 9? and in article 10, paragraph 2*? of Law No. 18.045
on the Securities Market and other regulations in force, acting duly empowered for this purpose,
I inform as an essential fact of CN Life Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A. (the “Company”),
that in ordinary session of this same date, the Board of Directors of the Company has agreed to pay a
Provisional dividend of $15,000,000,073 (fifteen billion seventy-three pesos), equivalent
to $739.578164 per share, to be paid in cash from earnings for the year
in progress.
The approved dividend will be made available to shareholders as of the 7th of
September 2022, at the Company’s offices located at Avenida El Bosque Sur 180, floor
1, Las Condes, Santiago.
Those shareholders registered in the registry will be entitled to receive this provisional dividend.

We note that in accordance with the provisions of Official Letter No. 10901 of the Commission for the
Financial Market, to date, the Company complies with the patrimonial and
solvency provided in DFL N*251 to distribute the provisional dividends approved by the
