By virtue of the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of the Securities Market Law and the provisions of

subsidiary Inversiones CMPC S.A., under the credit agreement signed for corporate purposes

The amount of the Credit amounts to the sum of US$500,000,000, which must be paid in a single installment
in April 2026. In addition to the above, and as is inherent to this type of credit, Investments
CMPC must comply within the agreed deadlines with certain sustainability objectives, monitored
through Key Performance Indicators and Sustainability Performance Objectives, between
other.
