Dear Sir or Madam:
Please inform you, that as communicated, yesterday
Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 12:30 p.m., the General Meeting was held
Ordinary Shareholders of Club Hípico de Santiago S.A., which adopted the
following agreements:
1.- It was agreed to approve the Annual Report and Balance Sheet of the Company, corresponding to the
Fiscal year 2022.
2.- It was agreed to appoint the company as external auditors of the Company
auditor “KPMG Auditores Consultores SpA”, for the year 2023.
3.- It was agreed to designate the newspaper “La Nación” (Digital), to publish notices of
summons to future Shareholders’ Meetings and in general all publications of
the Society.
4.- It was agreed to approve the payment of a Definitive Dividend of $ 40,000.- (forty thousand
pesos), per Share of the Single Series charged to the profits of the year 2022, which
will be paid on May 25, 2023, to shareholders registered in the Registry with 5 days
skillful anticipation, in accordance with the provisions of article 81 final paragraph of the Law
NO 18.046. The corresponding notice of dividend payment will be published in the Journal “La
Nation” (digital), in its edition of May 10, 2023.
5.-It was agreed as a dividend policy of the company, to adjust to the
legal provision in force in the sense of distributing annually in money to its
shareholders, at least 30% of the net profits for the year.

paragraph 20 of article 10, both of Law 18,045, being an essential fact
with respect to the company, being duly empowered to subscribe to it.
