Please inform you that in accordance with the provisions of the
Article 21 points K) and L), 27 and 38 of the Bylaws and legal norms and
pertinent regulations, the Board of Directors of the Club Hípico de Santiago S.A., agreed
at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors N* 1 held on January 27, 2023,
summon the shareholders to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, for the
Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 12:30 p.m., which will take place in the
fifth floor of the Recinto Socios Building, located on Avda. White Whitewashed 2540,
commune of Santiago.
The matters for which the Ordinary General Meeting has been cited, according to
with article 29 of the Bylaws are:

Deliberate and resolve on the Report, Profit and Loss Account,
Balance Sheet and Inventory and Report of the External Auditors, corresponding
to the financial year between 1? January and December 31, 2022.
Deliberate and Resolve on the destination of the result of the Exercise.
Dividend policy.
Resolutions adopted by the Board to approve transactions with Parties
Related referred to in articles 146 et seq. of the Law
18.046.
Designation of External Audit Company for the Fiscal Year 2023.
Periodic determination to make publications of the Society.
Deal with any matter related to the economic regime and
administrative of the Company and that is not subject to Extraordinary Meeting.
