In the Extraordinary Session N* 04 of the Board of Directors of the Equestrian Club of Santiago S.A.,
held today, March 17, 2023, it was agreed to appoint as Manager
General of the Equestrian Club of Santiago S.A., as of May 1, 2023, to Mr.
Enzo Javier Yacometti Manosalva, Ru: 10.136.859-9, who is granted to
from that date, all the powers indicated in Article 340 of the
Commercial Code, articles 49 and 50 of Law 18,046 and the powers that are
indicate in the twenty-fifth article of the Bylaws.
This communication is made pursuant to article 9% and
subsection 2* of article 10, both of Law 18,045, being an essential fact
with respect to the company, being duly empowered to subscribe to it.
