Dear Sir or Madam:
Please inform you that in accordance with the provisions of the
Article 21 K) and L), 27 and 38 of the Bylaws and legal norms and
pertinent regulations, the Board of Directors of the Club Hípico de Santiago S.A., agreed
at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors N* 1 held on January 27, 2023,
summon the shareholders to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, for the
Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 12:30 p.m., on the fifth floor of the building
Enclosure of Partners, located in Avda. Blanco Encalada 2540, commune of Santiago.
The matters for which the Ordinary Meeting has been cited, in accordance with the
Article 29 of the Bylaws are as follows:
1. Deliberate and resolve on the Report, Profit and Loss Account,
Balance Sheet and Inventory and Report of the External Auditors, corresponding
to the fiscal year between January 19 and December 31, 2022.
2. Deliberate and Resolve on the destination of the result of the exercise.
3. Dividend Policy.
4. Resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors to approve transactions with Parties
Related referred to in articles 146 et seq. of the Law
18.046.
5. Designation of External Audit Company for the Fiscal Year 2023.
6. Periodic determination to make publications of the Society.
7. Deal with any matter related to the economic regime and
administrative of the Company and that is not subject to Extraordinary Meeting.

In addition, the process of qualification of powers will be carried out on the same day of the Meeting.
from 9:30 a.m., on the fifth floor of the Partners Building,
located in Avda. Blanco Encalada N% 2540, commune of Santiago.
This communication is made pursuant to article 9 and
paragraph 20 of article 10, both of Law 18,045, being an essential fact
with respect to the company, being duly empowered to subscribe to it.
