Please inform you, that as communicated, yesterday
Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 12:30 p.m., the Board was held
General Ordinary Shareholders of Club Hípico de Santiago S.A., which adopted
The following agreements:
1.- It was agreed to approve the Annual Report and Balance Sheet of the Company, corresponding to
to Fiscal Year 2021.
2.- It was agreed to appoint the company as external auditors of the Company
auditor “KPMG Auditores Consultores SpA”, for the year 2022.
3.- It was agreed to designate the newspaper “La Nación” (Digital), to publish notices of
summons to future Shareholders’ Meetings and in general all publications
of the Society.
4.- It was agreed to approve the payment of a Definitive Dividend of $ 420,000.- (four hundred
twenty thousand pesos), per Share of the Single Series charged to the profits of the year
2021, which will be paid on May 25, 2022, to shareholders registered in the
Registration 5 working days in advance, in accordance with the provisions of article 81
final paragraph of Law No. 18.046. The corresponding notice of dividend payment will be
published in the newspaper “La Nación” (digital), in its edition of May 10, 2022.
5.-It was agreed as a dividend policy of the company, to adjust to the
legal provision in force in the sense of distributing annually in money to
its shareholders, at least 30% of the net profits for the year.
