CONTRACT SETTLEMENT
INVESTMENTS EL TURF SPA
And
CLUB HÍPICO DE CONCEPCIÓN S.A.
In Concepción, on March 6, 2023, between Inversiones ElTurf SpA, unique role
tax number 76.775.364-0, represented by Mr. Gonzalo Reyes Reyes, certificate of
identity number 12.621.703-k, both domiciled in Santiago de Chile, Av. Apoquindo
4700, 16th floor, Las Condes commune; on the one hand and hereinafter indistinctly “ElTurf,
on the one hand; and Club Hípico de Concepción SA, single tax role number 90,088,000-6,
represented by Mr. Ricardo Ayllón Brito, identity card number 8.897.007-1, both
domiciled at Av. Colón 7510, commune of Hualpén, Bío Bío Region, on the other and in
forward indistinctly “Club Hípico de Concepción”, hereinafter jointly “Las
Parties”, the following resciliation of contract has been agreed, hereinafter “The Resciliation”:
FIRST.- The CONTRACT.
By private instrument signed by the Club Hípico de Concepción S.A. before the Notary
Public of Talcahuano don Gastón Santibáñez Torres dated April 14, 2021 and by
investments El Turf SpA before the Notary Public of Talagante Mrs. Paulina Miranda Hiriart with

THIRD.- DETERMINATION AND FULL OF PENDING BENEFITS.
Having developed the quantification process referred to above, through the

of the same tenor and date, leaving one in the possession of each party.

The legal status of Mr. Gonzalo Reyes Reyes to represent Inversiones ElTurf
SpA, appears in public deed dated October 28, 2022 granted at the notary of
Santiago Mrs. Linda Scarlett Bosch Jimenez.
The personería of Don Ricardo Ayllón Brito to represent Club Hípico de
Concepción S.A. consists of a public deed dated September 3, 2021, granted in
the notary of Talcahuano de Don Gastón, Ariel Santibañez Torres.
