Signing of Association Agreement and Mutual Betting, between Equestrian Club of
Concepción S.A., Club Hípico de Santiago S.A., and Sociedad Hipódromo
Chile S.A.
Madam President;
Complying with the current standards established by the
Commission for the Financial Market, through the present, we are pleased
inform them as an Essential Fact of our Open Corporation, Club
Hípico de Concepción S.A., RUT 90.088.000-6, Registration N*311. In meeting
Extraordinary Board of Directors of December 15, 2022 agreed, by majority of
its directors, sign an Agreement of Association of Pari-Mutual Bets of
sale of bets, with the Equestrian Club of Santiago and Hipódromo Chile, with
Valid between January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023, subscription that is
is subject to the condition that the envisaged Convention includes both
bets raised on races played at the Equestrian Club of
Conception, such as those corresponding to competences developed in
the Santiago Equestrian Club and the Chile Hippodrome; All of the above in terms of
contracts essentially similar to those currently in force between the
parts.
