According to the Essential Fact sent on June 08, 2022 and the supplemental information
requested by office of the reference, I can indicate the following;
1.- The existence of indemnities or compensations associated with the termination of the aforementioned contract.
Answer; There are no indemnities associated with the rescillación, If there are benefits that each part of the contract
estimates are owed to him, which do not exceed 50 million pesos.
