Inversiones El Turf SpA.

Complying with the current standards established by the
Commission for the Financial Market, through the present we inform, how
relevant fact, that the Club Hípico de Concepción S.A., RUT 90.088.000-6, e
Inversiones El Turf SpA., RUT 76.775.364-0, dated June 7 of this
year, rescilian contract previously signed between them dated April 19
of 2021, the purpose of which was the transmission of races nationwide and
international and the capture of bets regarding such races, to be disputed
both in its own equestrian enclosure and in foreign racetracks.
