In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the
Law N*18.045 on the Securities Market and in the General Rule N*30 of the Commission
for the Financial Market, and being duly empowered to do so, I inform you.
the following as an Essential Fact:
According to what was reported to this Commission by essential fact dated April 11
of 2023, the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Club de Deportes Valle Escondido S.A., which could not be carried out due to lack
of quorum. In accordance with the above, and having failed the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
summoned in first summons, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 61 of Law 18,046 on
Corporations, the Board of Directors will issue a second summons within 45 days
following the date of the unheld Meeting, which will be constituted with the shares issued with
voting rights present OR represented, whatever their number, and
Resolutions shall be adopted by an absolute majority of the shares present or represented
with the right to vote.
