In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market and in the Commission’s General Standard N*30 for
the Financial Market, and being duly empowered to do so, I inform you of the
following as Essential Fact:
As reported to this Commission by essential fact dated April 9,
2022, the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Club of
Deportes Valle Escondido S.A., which could not be carried out due to lack of quorum. I agree
with the above, and having failed the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting convened in first
citation, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 61 of Law 18,046 on Companies
Anonymous, the Board of Directors will issue a second summons within 45 days of the date of
the Meeting not held, which will be constituted coy-pfsacciones issued with voting rights that will be
are present or represented, whatever their number, and agreements shall be adopted
by an absolute majority of the shares held with voting rights.
