Of my consideration.
By means of the present, together with greeting you, and finding myself duly empowered
I come to report as an essential fact, the following:
On Thursday, April 26 of this year, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of
Santiago Wanderers S.A.D.P., in which, among others, the following were adopted:

2. The Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and the Company’s Report were approved
of External Audit, corresponding to the year ended 31
December 2022.
3. Was designated as an External Audit Firm for the financial year 2023 to

External Audit Companies of the SVS.
4. They were elected as members of the board until the first quarter of the year
2026 to: María Angélica Escudero Pedraza, Camilo Barros Olivares, Reinaldo
Sánchez Olivares, Rafael González Camus, Andrés Sánchez Cruz, Matías
Sánchez Strange, Carlos Toro Manríquez, Hernán Cortés Zorrilla, Gianni Rivera
