REF. Announces the call for an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
Of my consideration.
In accordance with the provisions of General Regulations N* 30
of your agency and what is prescribed in article 63 of Law 18,046 on
Sociedad Anónimas, this is intended to inform you that in session
ordinary directory of the Club de Deportes Santiago Wanderers S.A.D.P, of the day
March 31, 2023, it was agreed to convene an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, in
First summons, for April 26, 2023 at 9.00 a.m., in the offices
located in Av. Independencia 2061, Valparaíso, in order to treat the
following matters:
Report year 2022
Balance Sheet and Financial Statements year 2022.
Distribution of profits for the year 2022 and distribution of dividends.
Definition of dividend policy year 2023.
Board Elections
Fixing of remuneration of the directors of the company.
Designate external audit company for the year 2023.
Designation of newspaper for publication of notices to summons Boards of
Shareholders.
9. To account for Operations, according to articles N” 44 and 89 of the Law
N*18.046 on Public Limited Companies.
10.Appointment of audit committees and court of honour
11. To know and decide on any other matter of competence of the Board
Ordinary, in accordance with the law and the Bylaws.

publish on the website www.santiagowanderers.cl the rationale for the
various options to be proposed at the Shareholders’ Meeting
regarding the choice of the External Audit Firm that will examine the
