that the Board of Directors of Cintac S.A., in an ordinary meeting held yesterday, appointed
Mr. Nicolás Burr García de la Huerta as Director of the Company replacing the
Director Mr. Julio Bertrand Planella, whose resignation has already been informed to your Commission
by Essential Fact dated 1? July 2022.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18.046 on
corporations, the entire Board of Directors must be renewed at the next Meeting
Ordinary Shareholders.
