General Character N* 30 of that Commission, I inform you as an essential fact, the following:
Attended to the business of its Peruvian subsidiary Signo Vial Perú S.A.C.,
marketer of road safety materials and personal protective equipment, it is not
strategic for the company and has had operational losses in the last semesters that
