At the Board meeting held yesterday, the Director Mr. Julio Bertrand Planella
submitted his resignation from the position of Director of Cintac S.A., which was accepted by the
Directory in the same session.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 on companies
anonymous, the entire Board of Directors must be renewed at the next Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders.
