In accordance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10″ of Law N*18,045 on the Securities Market, and in
General Standard N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and finding myself
duly authorized, I report as Essential Fact the following:
In ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of Cimenta S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on
On March 30, 2023, the following Agreement was adopted, as appropriate:
It was known and accepted the resignation from the position of Chairman of the Board of the Company presented by
Mr. Enrique Ayala Marfil, as well as it was recognized and ratified that Mr. Ayala will continue to practice
the position of director of the same Company, until the date on which the full renewal corresponds
of that body.
Replacing Mr. Ayala, was appointed as president of Cimenta S.A. General Administrator of
Funds to the director Mr. Cristian Arnolds Reyes, who by being present at the session accepted
the appointment and immediately began to exercise the functions of such.
