By virtue of this and in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations of this Commission, I inform you at
character of Essential and Relevant Fact of Chubb Seguros de Vida Chile S.A. (“Chubb Vida” or the “Company”) that, with
On the same date, an extraordinary meeting of the Society was held, which was self-convened and which counted
with the presence of all the issued shares with voting rights, in which the following resolutions were adopted
unanimously by the shareholders of the latter:
A distribution of a definitive dividend for a total amount of $2,000,000,000 (two billion pesos),
payable from accumulated profits of previous years and in Chilean pesos, agreeing as a date for
its payment on November 30, 2022, at the offices of the Company.
They will be entitled to the aforementioned dividend, the shareholders who appear registered in the Register of Shareholders of the
Company at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of its payment and in proportion to its shares.
It is noted that the final balance of the accumulated income statement of prior periods of the equity of the
Society, once the recently agreed dividend is distributed, will be $ 16,122,057,602.
