By virtue of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations of this Commission, I inform you at
character of Essential and Relevant Fact of Chubb Seguros de Vida Chile S.A. (“Chubb Vida” or the “Company”), which
next:
That, on this same date, an extraordinary meeting of the Society has been held, which was self-convened and
was attended by all the issued shares with voting rights of the Company. At that meeting,
They adopted the following resolutions by the unanimity of the attending shareholders:
Distribute a final dividend for a total amount of $20,000,000,000 (twenty billion pesos), payable
charged to accumulated profits of previous years, agreeing as the date for payment on August 10,
2022, at the offices of the Society.
Shareholders who are registered in the Register of Shareholders of the
Company at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of its payment and in proportion to its shares.
It is noted that the final balance of the accumulated income statements of prior periods, once distributed
The newly agreed dividend will be $ 18,122,057,602.
