In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and Article 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market,
as well as what is indicated by the General Standard N * 30 and other applicable regulations of
Your Commission, and duly empowered, communicate to you as an Essential Fact that:
The Board of Directors of the Company at its Session held on March 28, 2023, agreed to convene a Meeting
Ordinary Shareholders, for the day April 28 of this year, at 09:00 hours, in order to
deal with the matters of this type of Boards.
Given the health emergency situation that the country is still experiencing, the shareholders’ meeting will be held
by teleconference, through the Teams platform, which will be informed in a timely manner to the
Shareholders.
Shareholders representing 100% of the shares have confirmed their attendance at the Meeting
issued with the right to vote, so it will not be necessary to comply with the summons formalities.
