Duly authorized by the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Chilean company
Consolidacion Seguros Generales S.A. (the “Company”), and in accordance with the provisions of the subsection
end of Article 9 of DFL N*251, in relation to Articles 9 and 10 of Market Law N*18.045
of Securities and Circular 991, we communicate to you the following Essential Fact of the Company:
That at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company held on Monday, April 25, it was agreed,
in relation to the capital increase agreed at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of the Company
held on October 29, 2020, approved by Commission Exempt Resolution N* 2027
and Certificate No. 183, among other subjects, the following:
1. Issue 37,730,154 new payment shares, registered and of the same series;
2. Set the placement price of each of the 37,730,154 new payment shares in the amount
$326;
