At the Company’s regular meeting of the Board of Directors held yesterday, the Board of Directors
accepted the resignation presented by the director Don Gustavo Bortolotto, who will continue to be linked to the
Zurich Group in its current position of Head of Retail $ Transactions for
Latin America and as part of other boards of companies of the Zurich Group.
The Company, and in particular the Board of Directors, thanks Mr. Gustavo for his commitment and
professional delivery as a member of the Board of Directors.
