of Vida S.A. (the “Company”), and in accordance with the provisions of the final paragraph of article 9 of DFL N*
251, in relation to Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we inform you how
Essential Fact of the Company that, at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on September 21
of 2022, it was agreed, among other matters, to distribute an eventual dividend for a total amount of
$4,788,744,822, charged to retained earnings from prior years. Therefore, the Company
It will pay the amount of $18 for each of the 266,041,379 shares. Payment will be made from 29
Next September.
The aforementioned dividends will be paid by bank transfer or deposit to those who
have registered their current account with the Company. Those shareholders who do not have this information
