In accordance with the provisions of the final paragraph of article 9 of D.F.L. N* 251, in relation to
with Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in Circular 991 and NCG 30,
both of the Commission for the Financial Market, we communicate to you as Essential Fact of
Zurich Chile Seguros Generales S.A. (the Company) the following:
On November 9 of this year, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed, among others, to
matters, issue the 74,074,075 new payment shares, nominative, and of the same series,
corresponding to the capital increase agreed at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on
August 16, 2022, approved by Exempt Resolution N* 7202 and Certificate N? 720 dated 3 and 4
of November 2022, respectively, both from the Commission for the Financial Market.
The new shares will be placed only among shareholders at the price of $270 each.
as agreed by the Board of Directors and at the Company’s Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
held on August 16. Such placement shall be effected once the Board of Directors fixes the
start of the preferred option period, as soon as the shares are registered in the Registry
of Securities of the Commission for the Financial Market and in the stock exchanges, which will be
communicated in a timely manner.
