Essential Fact of Chilena Consolidada Seguros Generales S.A. (the “Company”) the following:
As of June 30, 2022, within the preferred option period, Zurich Insurance
Company Ltd., controller of the Company, subscribed and paid, through the shareholder Inversiones
Suizo Chilena S.A., the amount of 19,938,650 shares issued by the Company on the occasion of the
capital increase agreed at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on October 29,
2020, approved by the Commission through Exempt Resolution N? 2027 dated March 29, 2022.
The total price paid for the shares indicated amounted to the sum of $6,499,999,900,
reaching Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. to have an indirect shareholding in the
Company of 95.37% of the capital subscribed and paid to date.
