In accordance with the provisions of the final paragraph of article 9 of D.F.L. N* 251, in relation to

On May 31, Nicolás Marchant Morales, People Division Manager, will stop
belong to the Company, since he has been promoted to the position of CEO Zurich Ecuador.
The People Division Management will be assumed by Mr. Enrique Giménez del Villar, who
He has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and pension market, in companies
multinationals in various Latin American countries. Mr. Giménez will join the Company from
of 18 April of this year, with the support of Mr. Marchant during the period of
transition.
