Corporations, the General Standard N? 30 of the former Superintendency of Securities and Insurance
and its Circular No. 1.954 dated 3 December 2009; I communicate to you, as an Essential Fact, the
Dismissal of Mr. Eugenio Pies Fuenzalida, in the position of General Manager of the Company of
Correos de Chile, as of May 05, 2022.
The Board of Directors, in its fifth ordinary session, has decided to appoint Mr. Ignacio Liberman Yaconi as
Interim General Manager as of the same date.
