In accordance with the provisions of transitory Article 10% of Law No. 20,285, Law No. 18,046 on
Corporations, the General Rule No. 30 of that Commission, and its Circular No. 1,954 dated 3
December 2009; I inform you, as an Essential Fact, that the SEP Council, through
Official letter N* 108, dated April 27, 2022, has communicated that in the session of April 26, 2022, it agreed
appoint the following persons as directors of the Chilean Post Office, removing the
former directors. As of this, the Company’s Board of Directors is formed, as of this date, as

i.. Ms. Gloria Maldonado Figueroa, who is also designated as Chairman of the Board of Directors;
