In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045, Chapter No. 18-10 of the Updated Compilation of Rules for Banks of the Financial Market Commission (“CMF”), and General Rule (“NCG”) No. 30 of the CMF, as amended by NCG No. 486 of the CMF, duly authorized for this purpose, I hereby report the following as a Material Fact with respect to this institution:
As of today, November 21, 2022, the placement in the local market of senior, dematerialized and bearer bonds issued by Banco de Chile and registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under number 15/2016 was carried out.
The specific terms of the placement were as follows:
– DV Series Bond, for a total amount of 10,000,000,000 pesos, maturing on May 1, 2027 and at an average placement rate of 6.33%.
