In compliance with the provisions of article 9 e
first and second paragraphs of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, on the
Securities, Article 46 of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations and the
Circular N* 1.737, of the Commission for the Financial Market, Company

communicate the following essential fact.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors N* 25,
Held on July 04, 2022, the unanimity of the directors agreed
to remove, as of this date, from his position the General Manager of the Company,
Don Gastón Enrique Bastías Román
The Directors establish that such removal
is carried out on the grounds of the second paragraph of article 161 of the Code of
Work, i.e. the written eviction of the employer, without prejudice to the
power granted to the board of directors by Article 37 of Law No. 19,542 in
Relation to Article 46 of the same legal body.
