In compliance with the provisions of article 9″ and
first and second paragraphs of Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045 and Rule of
General Character N* 30 of the Securities Market Commission, Company
Portuaria Chacabuco, registration in the Special Register of Entities
Informants N* 72, comes to communicate the following essential fact.
By letter No. 146 dated 20 May 2022,
the SEP Business System, reported that the SEP Council, in session of date
19 May 2022, agreed to appoint the following persons to the
directory of the Chacabuco Port Company, under the conditions that for each
One of them is indicated:
1.- Mr. Enrique Runín Zúñiga, who is appointed as Chairman of the Board
from May 23, 2022 until October 1, 2023, replacing and in
the same conditions in which Mrs. María Yañez Castillo worked.
2.- Ms. Zaida Muñoz Aravena, from May 23, 2022 and until 1* of
October 2025 in replacement and under the same conditions as
was Mrs. Verónica Moya Escárate.
