Ref.: Informs changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of CGE
Transmisión S.A.
For your consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045 and the provisions of the
General Standard N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, in my capacity as General Manager
of CGE Transmisión S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), I communicate to you as an essential fact the
next:
On March 30, 2023, at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, the letter of
date March 28, 2023, by which Mr. Rodrigo Valdés Pulido presented his resignation from his position as director
of the Company, which became effective on March 31, 2023.
At the aforementioned meeting, the Board of Directors took note of the aforementioned resignation and thanked Mr. Rodrigo
Valdés Pulido for his valuable contribution to the development and growth of the Society, as well as for his loyal
commitment during the time he was director of the Society.
Likewise, at that meeting, the Board of Directors agreed not to appoint a provisional director, and the
total renewal of the Board of Directors at the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, convened for the
April 21, 2023.
