From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10” of Law N*
18.045, on the Securities Market, and the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of
that Committee, and duly empowered by the Board of Directors, informed you in a factual capacity.
Essential, that on January 26 the Board of Directors of CGE Gas Natural took cognizance and
accepted the resignation presented by Mr. Antonio Gallart Gabas to the position of President and
Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors took the opportunity to thank and recognize Mr. Gallart’s great contribution.
in Metrogas highlighting its achievements and its important contribution to society, in the period in
who served as President.
In consideration of the above, at the same meeting, the Board agreed to appoint as Chairman
Mr. José García Sanleandro, who assumed his duties at the same session.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046, at the next Meeting
Ordinary Shareholders of the Company will proceed to the total renewal of the Board of Directors.
