18.045, on the Securities Market, and the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of
that Committee, and duly empowered by the Board of Directors, informed you in a factual capacity.
Essential, that the board of directors of CGE Gas Natural took cognizance and accepted the resignation presented
by Mr. Pablo Sobarzo Mierzo, which will be effective as of December 15,
2022.
The Board of Directors took the opportunity to thank and recognize Mr. Sobarzo’s management.
highlighting his contributions to society and recorded his desire that I continue to be linked
to the Group.
Likewise, at the same meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Mr.
Francisco Javier Fernández González, who will assume his duties as of December 15,
2022.
